I would probably increase the sugar substitute to 1 1/2 c. because sugar substitutes tend to not taste as sweet as regular sugar, even when they say to substitute it 1-for-1. You will likely need to add a bit of cornstarch for thickener because without the sugar the sauce does not thicken as it should. I did 2 t. of cornstarch for the recipe and that seemed to work. | ||
