Veggie Stirfry

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c brown rice
  • 1 lb tofu
  • 6 T Iron John Garlic Ginger Stirfry Sauce
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 2 T olive oil + sesame oil
  • 3-4 c steamed broccoli 1)
  • 1 red or yellow pepper

Directions

  • Cook 1 1/2 c rice with 3+ c water
  • Heat oil very hot.
  • Toss in steamed broccoli. Stir 1 minute.
  • Toss in peppers. Stir 1 min.
  • Add stirfry sauce and sesame sauce. Stir 1 min.
  • Toss in tofu. Stir 1 min.
  • Add cooked rice. Mix well.

Weight Watchers

  • Makes 8 cups. 5 Points per cup.
