Vegan Caramel Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 can sweetened condensed coconut milk (11.25 oz.)
- 1/4 t. salt
Directions
- Heat a pot over medium high heat. Add the sugar and stir around the pot for about 1 minute to heat through.
- Add the coconut milk and and salt and stir to combine. Bring to a boil, until sauce is slightly foamy. Remove from heat and allow to cool.
