Gluten Free Pecan Fig Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 12 dried unsulfured figs, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 t. sea salt

Directions

  • Pulse the pecans in the food processor until they are ground up. Add the figs & salt & run the food processor until the dough forms - a few minutes should do the trick
  • Roll into bite sized balls and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving
