Garam Masala Spice Mix (NF)
Ingredients
- 1 T, ground cumin
- 1 1/2 t. ground coriander
- 1 1/2 t. ground cardamom
- 1 1/2 t. ground black pepper
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 t. ground cloves
- 1/2 t. teaspoon ground nutmeg
Directions
- Place all the spices in a small jar and mix thoroughly. Store in a dark place or in the freezer to increase the lifespan of your spice mix.
