Curry Spice Mix (NF)

Ingredients

  • 1 T. ground turmeric
  • 2 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 T. ground coriander
  • 1 T. ground fenugreek
  • 1 t. ground cardamom
  • 1/2 t. ground cloves
  • 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 t. ground ginger
  • 1/4 t. nutmeg
  • 1/4 t. asafoetida
  • 1/4 t. ground allspice
  • 1/4 t. ground fennel

Directions

  • Place all the spices in a small jar and mix thoroughly. Store in a dark place or in the freezer to increase the lifespan of your spice mix.
