 ===== Notes ===== ===== Notes =====

-  * Made a no-sugar added version. It seemed dried than this version so I upped the oil to 1/4 c. Honestly, might want to do that regardless; both versions were honestly pretty dry. Also might want to up the amount of flour, and cut back on the bran (I'm thinking 3/4 cbran to 1 1/4 c. flour). That's a LOT of bran.+  * I have also made a no-sugar added non-gluten-free version: [[https://karinhowe.com/recipes/menus:ale_breakfast:no_sugar_pumpkin_blueberry_bran_muffins|No Sugar Pumpkin Bran Muffins]]
