Gluten-Free Flour Mix A
Ingredients
- 5 c. fine white rice flour (24 oz.)
- 1 c. potato flour (7 oz.)
- 1 c. tapioca flour (3 1/2 oz.)
Directions
- Mix all the flours together thoroughly and store in an airtight container
