Conversion Table for White Flour

In recipes that do call for white flour, I always substitute almond flour or coconut flour instead.

Almond Flour

You have to use double the amount of almond flour.

If recipe calls for Use
1/4 cup white flour 1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup white flour 2/3 cup almond flour
1/2 cup white flour 1 cup almond flour
2/3 cup white flour 1 and 1/3 cups almond flour
3/4 cup white flour 1 and 1/2 cups almond flour
1 cup white flour 2 cups almond flour
1 and 1/2 cups white flour 3 cups almond flour
2 cups white flour 4 cups almond flour

Coconut Flour

With coconut flour, you must add extra moisture (water, oil, butter, and/or egg) to the recipe.

If recipe calls for Use
1/4 cup of white flour 1 tablespoon coconut flour
1/2 cup white flour 2 tablespoons coconut flour
3/4 cup white flour 3 tablespoons coconut flour
