Easy Fudge

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 3 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 12 oz. cans of evaporated milk
  • 2 12 oz. pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1 13 oz. jar marshmallow creme

Directions

  • Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in 5-6 qt. pan. Grease the upper half of the pan.
  • Bring to rolling boil on high heat.
  • Boil 16 minutes on medium high heat until candy thermometer reads 231° F.
  • Mix in chips and vanilla; blend well.
  • Add marshmallow creme.
  • Pour into 13×9“ pan.
  • Let cool.
