Easy Fudge
Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 3 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 12 oz. cans of evaporated milk
- 2 12 oz. pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 t. vanilla
- 1 13 oz. jar marshmallow creme
Directions
- Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in 5-6 qt. pan. Grease the upper half of the pan.
- Bring to rolling boil on high heat.
- Boil 16 minutes on medium high heat until candy thermometer reads 231° F.
- Mix in chips and vanilla; blend well.
- Add marshmallow creme.
- Pour into 13×9“ pan.
- Let cool.
