Choconut Cararmel Bar
Ingredients
- 2 c. (12 oz.) chocolate chips
- 1 pkg caramels
- 7 T. margarine, divided
- 2 T. water
- 1 c. chopped peanuts
Directions
- Melt chocolate chips w/ 2 T. margarine in double boiler.
- Pour half into greased 8“ pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Melt caramels w/ 5 T. margarine and water in double boiler.
- Stir in chopped nuts.
- Pour caramel/nut mixture over chocolate in pan. Chill for 15 minutes.
- Top with other half of chocolate. Chill for 1 hour.
