Chocolate Chip Muffins

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2 t. baking powder
  • 1/2 t. baking soda
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 2 c. semisweet mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted and cooled
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 t. cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350ºF
  • Mix the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, chocolate chips) in a large bowl.
  • Combine the wet ingredients (melted butter, milk, vinegar, eggs) in a small bowl and add to the dry ingredients. Stir just until combined.
  • Pour batter into muffin cups lined with muffin papers and bake for 20-25 min.
