Butterscotch Cake
Ingredients
- Yellow cake mix
- Butterscotch pudding, instant (use pie directions)
- 1 egg
- 1 package butterscotch chips
- dried coconut
Directions
- Make butterscotch pudding according to pie directions
- Add cake mix and egg to pudding and mix until blended.
- Spread in a greased 9 x 13 in. pan.
- Sprinkle the chips on top of the cake, and then sprinkle coconut over cake to cover.
- Bake at 350º F for 30-35 min., until coconut is browned and cake tester comes out clean. Best served the next day.
