Agenda Items:

  1. Tuesday night demo/teaching @ International Dance
  2. May Day morning - who is available?
  3. May Day weekend w’ Hicks with Sticks - who’s interested/available?
  4. Dog Days Ale (July 24-26) - who’s interested/available?
  5. Bucknell Workshop details — who will be in charge of a) Saturday breakfast, b) Saturday lunch, c) Saturday dinner, and d) Sunday brunch; e) who can put people up?

Re: #5e: Many responses received via email. We could still use a non-pet household (do we have any?!) for a single male. Otherwise I think we are fine, but if anyone else wants to step forward please shout out.

    If by taking care of everything you mean “making coffee”, then yes.

    Um, by “taking care of everything,” I meant:

    Buying coffee
    Buying bagels
    Buying cream cheese
    Buying breads or muffins
    Buying creamer, etc.
    Buying plates and cups?
    Making coffee
    Getting everything to the workshop

    Was this a misconception?
